Considering upgrading to premium, but have a question about JavaScript

    Hello,

My new job requires that I have omniture stat tracking on my blog now. In order to do that, I need to add a JS file to the page, but I see that wordpress.com does not allow JavaScript, for security reasons.

In that regard, I’m considering upgrading to a premium membership, where I can continue to have it hosted at wordpress.com, in addition to changing my blog from http://www.davidvoyles.wordpress.com to just DaveVoyles.com.

Can you break down what the cost will be per year? Also, can you confirm that I can add JavaScript to my wordpress.com premium site? If not, what is my alternative? I’d love to stay with wordpress if possible.

I see that I can do a redirect for $13/yr, in addition to a custom domain, for $13/yr. Allowing me to use JavaScript is my biggest requirement however.

    Thank you!

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

No upgrade will get you the ability to run script,

You would need to get your own host – $ 10.- to $ 25.- / month

Here are some hosts that pardner with WordPress.org and will run the WordPress.ORG software – not all hosts are created equal

    Thank you for the clarification!

I know what I need to do now, and you’ve saved me quite a bit of time. Thank you again.
