Consistency across expired theme websites created in the same year

  • Unknown's avatar

Writing for help in updating visual consistency across the support-expired Twenty Seven theme websites that I created all in the same year: 2018.

Right now my only site correctly displaying itself without a promotional banner at the top, as was the case for several years until recent wordpresss changes, is: http://raritybrand.com/

My other two cloned sites that I made all in the same year before the banner policy change was made, as is currently being honoured on the http://raritybrand.com/, are: http://stylejet.ca/ and http://aleeshakate.ca/

To honour the year and era in which I made these sites consistently across the board, I’m requesting the promo banner removal be made for my two other sites noted above.

    Hope this concern is clear?

    WP.com: Yes
    Jetpack: No

That site is using WordPress.com managed hosting. The other two look like they may be DIY installations of the free WordPress software through other hosting providers. With those, you’ll need to stay on top of software updates and security, or hire that out a service. I can see they have not used our services before.

For StyleJet.ca: I don’t see that domain has been connected here, but I do see you’ve created a site already. If you’re ready to connect a domain, you can add a personal plan here, or if you need more features, let us know what you have in mind and we can help you find next steps.

Regarding aleeshakate.ca: that site has not been hosted here, but you’d be welcome to migrate it over! We have several options for importing, depending on what you need. A content-only import may work nicely, or we have other options as well:

Once you’ve got things set up the way you’d like (and again, if you’re struggling with that let us know!) you can connect your domain with the paid plan of your choice. We’re happy to help you select one as needed.
