Consistent Gravatar!

    Hello, I changed my Gravatar, and my new photo is appearing on my profile page, but when I “press” it , ie., to Facebook, the thumbnail is still my old photo, very confusing. Please help me change that!!!

    Howdy,

    There are two type of avatars related to WordPress.com

    1. Gravatar – which you recently changed – that is a per-user avatar. The same one follows you anytime you comment or use another service that uses gravatar.
    2. Your blog’s avatar (sometimes called a “blavatar”) which is what’s shown more when promoting your site itself (as opposed to any specific user, since multiple users can be associated with one site).

    To change the blog’s avatar, you can visit https://sherrybreslauphd.wordpress.com/wp-admin/options-general.php (Settings->General) and upload a new one in the upper-right.
