Consistent lag issues with uploaded videos

  Hi,

  All of the videos that I have uploaded and embedded into posts lag and I am getting the sense that it is the video player. The videos will run smoothly for a while, but then at some point the image and sound will fall out of sync and the video will start to trip up. Sometimes, if I pause the video and wait a few seconds it will clear up, but only sometimes. Even if I wait at the beginning and let the page fully load the video, it will still have the same issues. I have tried clearing caches and re-uploading the video files, but neither have fixed the issue. It has become a constant and annoying problem that I do not experience on other sites with the same consistency. I tend to use firefox.
