constant 403 error
-
I have received countless 403 errors and have been told by my hosting provider that I need the help of Word Press team to resolve this matter. The Inmotion Hosting Support Team has addressed site with everything they know to do but nothing lets me go back in on a regular basis as I am continuously locked out. At this point, I cannot get back into my site. Can you assist me with solving the 403 once and for all. I have not been able to access my site for over a month and absolutely need to do so ASAP. Greatly appreciate the help. The correct site is stopmoldcold.com which is a word press site.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

This site is NOT being hosted by WordPress.COM http://stopmoldcold.com/ We provide support only for free hosted WordPress.COM blogs and you are posting to the wrong support forum. WordPress.com and WordPress.org have different log-ins and run different versions of themes with same names. If you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right hand corner of the page that opens, so you can post to the support forums there and receive advice from WordPress.ORG bloggers.

As Timethief points out, stopmoldcold.com is not a WordPress.com site. I do see that you have a WordPress.com site at http://stopmoldcoldbehealthy.wordpress.com/. But if you require assistance with your self-hosted site, the link that Timethief has provided above is the place you want to look.

Stopmoldcold.com is a wordpress site and for some reason I cannot get word press to acknowledge it.
How do you fix that? In addition to the constant 403 error?

Stopmoldcold.com is a WordPress site using the software available at WordPress.org. By posting here, you have reached support for WordPress.com. While WordPress.com and WordPress.org are similar, they are not the same.
WordPress.com staff cannot assist with self-hosted WordPress.org sites because we do not have access to your files or servers. The best resource for WordPress.org help is the support community here:
I am sorry I cannot be of more help.
