Constant Contact edit page after plugin activate produces white page of death.

  When activated.. edit page produces a blank white page.When the plugin in deactivated the edit page is visible. Client has an existing Constant contact account. How do I correct this?

  The site that has the issue is https://www.coachingwithcaptaindick.com. The plugin is disabled right now. The problem exists when you try to edit the page in the dashboard, the edit page is blank. Constant contact says they have never seen this issue before. The customer has an existing account with constant contact. When the plugin is activated this is the result. Thank you. Viola
