Constant contact form not working well

  I am getting this message: Constant Contact Forms has experienced issues that may need addressed and functionality may be missing. Please enable the ‘Support’ checkbox under the Support tab in Constant Contact settings and start a forum support thread. Our support team will aid with further steps.
  I have had some ‘contact us’ and some ‘join our email list’ go through successfully on the first try, while some people have had to do it 2-3times for it to go through

  Jetpack: Yes
  Correct account: Yes
