I’m getting this message with my constant contact form: Constant Contact Forms has experienced issues that may need addressed and functionality may be missing. I believe the end user is asked which mailing list to subscribe to and this is causing a submission error.
Error log:

Usually a 503 error means there was a temporary problem with the service mentioned in the error — in this case, the ConstantContact API. Their site just suggests trying again later:
https://v3.developer.constantcontact.com/api_guide/glossary_responses.html#503-service-unavailableBut, if you’re consistently able to reproduce the error — for example, if you get it every single time you choose certain options — it might be a bug that ConstantContact would need to fix. If that’s the case, can you reach out to their support here?
