Constant Contact Subscribe Size

Hi, I don’t have an extensive knowledge of css, so I would need a step by step in detailed help, please.
I embedded a constant contact subscribe to our newsletter code into my sidebar and footer. HERE
As you can see, it’s too long and text are too big. Is there a way for me to make the text smaller, the box smaller and to totally remove the “By submitting this form, you are consenting to receive…” in css? I think in the stylesheet or something?
In the constant contact’s Inline Form settings there’s no way to change this. I contacted them (Constant Contact) and my domain support (exabytes), both said they can’t help. All they said is in the css style sheet it can be edited. And to contact wordpress for this kind of help.
Please help. Thank you!
