Constant Error 404 when viewing blog/ posting blog posts

Hi, I’m having a whole bunch of issues on wordpress this evening. Firstly, on the website, it won’t let me upload any images or add text. It works fine on my iPad with the app. On the website, every time I try to save a draft, publish a post or preview a post I get the following error.
HTTP Error 404
404 Not Found
The Web server cannot find the file or script you asked for. Please check the URL to ensure that the path is correct.
Please contact the server’s administrator if this problem persists.

Please give the URL beginning with http:// for the blog with which you’re having problems. Also please ensure that it is a WordPress.com blog not a self-hosted one. If it is self-hosted we can’t help you here and instead you will need to ask on this forum instead:
