Constant loading

  When logged in, there is a constant throbber action in any Wodpress.com tab, whether my Blog or other. This might be related to me having new comments on my blog, but opening the comments pull-down shows it empty and constantly flickering (possibly due to the constant loading). Does anybody know what’s causing this and how to fix? Thanks.
