Constant Spam Messages

  My website is constantly getting spam messages. It is every couple of minutes there is a new spam message coming to my comments.

  Also, johndowell.com uses open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org), whereas this forum deals with sites hosted through WordPress.com.
