constantly getting booted out of my blog and My Dashboard

Perhaps someone can help me out?
I have this ongoing problem with accessing My Dashboard and blog….this happens almost every day at some point. I will be editing my new blog just fine, then suddenly I am unable to upload, preview, or access my dashboard. Upon clicking on any of these things I am redirected to:
http://en.wordpress.com/signup/?new=my which tells me that it cannot find my blog, but that I can sign up for a new one.Typically this is when I sign off for the day, and usually can get back into my dashboard the next day.
Do you have any idea why this might be happening?

How do you connect to the internet and to wordpress.com? (mobile, satellite, DSL)
Which operating system and version of it are you using?
Which browser and version of it are you using?
Have you tried logging out completely, clearing your browser cache and cookies and logging in again?

I connect with DSL.
I use Mac OS X version 10.5.8
I use Firefox, Opera, and Chrome and have the latest versions of all, and have the above issue with all of them.
I have cleared my browser cache and cookies.Guess I don’t have the most recent flash player so I’ll add that.

My problem is still ongoing…….Any ideas for who may be able to help me? This is so aggravating.

Make sure you have cookies enabled (third-party). Other than that, I don’t know what to tell you.
For a while a couple weeks ago I had to log in several times a day, but lately everything has been fine.

The other thing I had happening for awhile a year or so ago was that my internet service provider was having issue (that lasted several months – can you say quality service?) and what was happening was that DSL modem was having to reconnect all the time and I sometimes had 2 or 3 or 10 different IP addresses per day. Each time it rebooted the IP address changed.
You might want to monitor your IP address and see if that is happening for you.
