constantly getting booted out of my blog and My Dashboard

Perhaps someone can help me out?
I have this ongoing problem with accessing My Dashboard and blog….this happens almost every day at some point. I will be editing my new blog just fine, then suddenly I am unable to upload, preview, or access my dashboard. Upon clicking on any of these things I am redirected to:
http://en.wordpress.com/signup/?new=my which tells me that it cannot find my blog, but that I can sign up for a new one. When this happens I am still logged in.Typically this is when I sign off for the day, and usually can get back into my dashboard the next day.
Do you have any idea why this might be happening?

welcome to the club,they are too busy trying to be clever,that the simple things are forgotten,or are so un-navigatable through complications that have popped up through trying too hard,sorry ‘ my name is Alex and i thought i would add that they drive me mad as well,that’s why i do not come back as often as i would like.
