Constantly low results from Bing
-
Hi,
When I look at my stats, I notice that pretty much 99% of my traffic is via Google as well as referrals, but there is hardly any traffic via Bing?
Is there something that I am supposed to do to improve my viability for Bing?
Example, on any given day I will have 7-13 views via Bing, but with Google it is between 1,200-1,800 hits. I know that Google is a more used engine, but Bing really seems to perform badly. Any ideas?

I’m sorry but we can’t help you with this. All search engine issues are between bloggers and search engines. http://en.support.wordpress.com/search-engines/

Ah, OK. I’ll take a look at the link. I know that Bing ask us to submit a sitemap, but I don’t believe that is possible for a wordpress.com account?

Why do you say that? WordPress.com automatically provides XML sitemaps for our blogs. We do nothing. Look here > http://en.support.wordpress.com

It was just because Bing (on the webmasters tools site for my WordPress.com blog) state that:
Bing Webmaster Tools have not been able to discover any sitemaps for your site. To improve your site’s discoverability as well as Bing’s ability to crawl your site, please visit Bing Webmaster Tools Sitemaps page to submit your sitemaps.
That’s why I though that I should submit one?
