  Hi! I’m desperately trying to get in contact with help too. I’ve tried posting on the forums but when I click on the the link provided in the email it says “Oops, the URL you’ve landed on has no content”. Please someone contact me!

  On your WP Admin homepage, there should be a blue icon with a “?” symbol in it on the bottom right corner of your screen. Clicking that button will load a popup window that will show a few suggested help articles. At the bottom of that window there will also be a “contact us” option that will load a new window that will prompt you to enter your question, then connect with a Happiness Engineer for live chat support.

  @trowlers: Please do not create duplicate threads. I’ve removed your other threads and will reply to you here. I also don’t see any paid upgrades under the account you’re currently logged into.
