  What is the address of the site? Is it definitely hosted here at WordPress.com? There’s no telephone support at WordPress.com. If you have an upgraded plan you can reach staff by email or Livechat. If you have a free WordPress.com site, or are thinking about creating a free site here then ask your questions in this forum. If a volunteer can’t help then a member of staff surely will.
