  I need to contact wordpress support but they provide no call number or way to get in contact about payments since apparently I’m paying them for zero support and zero access to my website.

  Hi @josephf72a3e206f,

  WordPress does not currently offer phone support, because many of the issues we discuss require frequent reference to web links and code. That is much easier to do using written forms of communication like live chat and email.

  Can you share the link of the site in question?

  If you have a WordPress.com plan, you will have access to priority Live Chat support at no extra cost.

  Wordpress.com doesn’t have phone support. You must be logged in to the account that got charged to get the apropriate support.
  If you got billed and you don’t know why, you can check it at https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/. If necessary you can contact the billing team from that page.

  Unfortunately I do not now the email used to log into the website josephtorrone.ca as the office has switched over all the computers and the emails on file are not correct for the login to that site. I just need to know what email is registered to access that account. Since I cannot login I cannot get support that’s needed which mean I’ll continue to be charged for a website I’m not able to access….

  Your site is running on the WordPress.com platform. As you have a paid plan, you can very easily restore access using the transaction ID at https://wordpress.com/support/account-recovery/
