I asked if there is a customer service email address, like on eBay, AbeBooks and all normal (= big/official, etc.) places…. (I thought WP was such, it appears to be so very much still.. even with no email address..)But I guess the answer is no to my real question.

I do not know what “moderator” means, probably applies to the forums only, which is not the right thing for my case.Okay, my problem is: I am not using my website and I do not want it to stay online (as virtual garbage) on the WP system. (I prefer not to share the link where anyone can see it.. BTW, the site’s account is linked with a dead email address..)
After the problem is solved, I would prefer this account to be deleted as well – if that is possible.
(I did not write long in the first place as based on my experience, people dislike long explanations…. My question was meant to be specific, still I could not have it answered ^^’. But that is also common between humans and me…. I still do not see why, I have always been quite good at languages I use, I mean at school my grades were fine, both in English classes and my native language, still people do not seem to understand me nonetheless. Once I was stupid enough to think blogging is my thing because I have thoughts and tend to write a lot in general…. Turned out A) nobody cares (including me) and B) I prefer to be offline.)

Hello again, My reference to your account was to make clear that it was brand new with no site attached to it and therefore, we can’t give you accurate information for support.
However, if you type normally the email address you refer to it will be hidden from public view but Staff will be able to see it and see if it is connected to a WPcom account. Here’s an example: (email visible only to moderators and staff)
@obt28 the poster here has already used that contact form to create this post. That is what the forum tag “wpcomhelp” means. If they had an upgraded website, their query would not have reached the public forums. FYI :) -
In answer to your question, the only person who can delete a WordPress.com site or account is the owner of that site or account.
If you have forgotten or are not able to log in with the other WordPress.com account’s username or email address and password, please follow our procedure to recover your account at https://wordpress.com/support/account-recovery/ giving the account recovery team as much information as possible, including the dead email address associated with that account.
Once you are reunited with your old account, you can delete that site and the associated account as well as this one by following this guide

I could successfully recover my account and modify the blog. (I might work on it one day, but if not I can delete it. ^^’)
