I need to contact support either through email or on the phone. How can I do this?

Hi there. I’m afraid there is no phone support on WordPress.com

Can you please give more details on what the problem is?

If you are the same person, what are the URLs of the blogs? And are you sure you’re logged in as the correct account when you try to access those sites?

I do NOT wish to continue with WordPress. The main reason is I cannot ever get any help whatsoever. I got a notice my site is about to expire and I can’t even find a way to say NO, I DON’T WANT IT. Even resetting my password was difficult. Please do NOT bill me for any automatic upgrades.

WordPress is terrible. I joined and wrote a story; it disappeared without trace.
I wrote a long story in response to something published and the password trick does not work so it will come as no surprise that there are no responses showing on that post. This password hurdle is not the first time I’ve had the same problem within WordPress.

There is no contact facility, nowhere other than here to tell the story and you can be assured my disappointment will be ignored.
