  You don’t own a site on WordPress.com, and you’ve never purchased any upgrades on WordPress.com. We don’t have any upgrades that cost $12.

  It’s possible you have bought an upgrade for another Automattic product, like Akismet or Jetpack, but in that case you’ll need to contact the specific provider directly as I don’t have access to the payment systems of the other products.

  You can use the link @timethief gave above to find out for exactly which product that charge was made, and if you can’t find it you can contact us privately via that page, as we can’t discuss your card info in the public forums.
