  Hello –

  You can add the contact form back to your Contact page by following these steps:

  https://en.support.wordpress.com/forms/contact-form/

  Your posts page was set to your Contact page. This is why the form wasn’t showing.

  I’ve added the contact form to the Contact Page and it is showing now.

  Your blog posts are going to display on the Home page.

  Let me know if you want your posts to display elsewhere.
