  Hi, My website was Built by somebody else, i have full access on the dashboard, however when trying to customize it, i have realized that, because it was not built through my word press account i cannot customize it. The company that built is has since closed down so i have no way of contacting them and i am having issues with my site that i need to resolve. When using a mobile phone nobody can see the prices without turning their phone sideways, however people will not know to do this, therefore it is loosing me a lot of custom so i am desperate to get the issue resolved

  Thanks, the website is hosted on my domain, i have full access to my website on the dashboard but not on the wordpress side of it. Im loosing so much custom because i cant make the changes

  My Site was made using WordPress, it is hosted elsewhere, however i am trying to be able to get in running on wordpress and have it hosted on wordpress so that i can make the changes that i need to make so that it runs properly

  It was built with WordPress by my web designer using there wordpress account. I cannot access that account as it was not my wordpress account. I only have access to the website dashboard and not the wordpress dashboard. I need to get my site onto my wordpress acoount so i can make the site changes i need to make

  It appears that your website uses the self-hosted version of WordPress rather than WordPress.com, which is what this forum is designed to help with. Note the difference here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

  You may be able to find help here: https://wordpress.org/support/ or alternatively contact your hosting provider.

  i am currently using the handy theme and when it switches to mobile it doesnt show pricing as you have to turn the phone sideways
