  Phone support is not offered on WordPress.com so you cannot call WordPress.com. Live chat and email is available to those with a plan.

  However, rarely does an issue go unresolved in this forum. Once you’ve explained your issue, you can add the “modlook” tag and a WordPress.com staff member will respond to you: https://en.support.wordpress.com/getting-help-in-the-forums/#how-do-i-get-a-moderatorstaff-reply-for-my-question
