I’m desperatly trying to contact a happiness engineer but it’s impossible to find the way here in wordpress website, it’s too complicated! Bad UX!! How can I directly contact one of the staff member? Thanks

Hi! On monday I contacted one of your colleagues in direct chat because my domain http://www.laughlau.com was expired and he gave me all the instructions to reactivate it. He told me to let you know when I would have pay the fee of 106$ because the process to reactivate the domain was not automatic. I paid it today! So now, what will happen? thank you

Hey there,

The staff you spoke with contacted our registry partner to get your domain out of redemption. Once he hears back from them, he’ll contact you to let you know that the domain is reactivated under your account.

You should hear something within the next 24 hours. If you do not hear from him or if the domain is not working by then, post back here in this thread, and I’ll look into getting an update for you.

I got in contact with the staff that you talked with via live chat, and he just got around to contacting our registrar in regards to redeeming your domain. Sorry for that delay, but now I have access to the email chain and I am checking it periodically to see when I hear an update from them. I’ll touch base with you as soon as I hear from them.
