Hi –
You will need to contact WordPress.org support form their support page: http://wordpress.org/support/
This is the support page for WordPress.com. WordPress.com and WordPress.org are completely separate, you can read more on that here if you want: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

Best wishes!

Since I cannot leave personal information here, then these blogs don’t help. I have a specific website that is giving me glitches, as WordPress.com is installed I cannot get to a webmaster who can actually get into the programming and fix the problem. I cannot reset my password as WordPress locks me out. Unless I get a call from a WordPress engineer who can get past the security features then HOW can I get by them myself to fix my password to something that allows me to fix them. This is a run-around. Open Source it is not.
The WEBSITE in need help with is rising-sun-outreach-ministry.org. It is NOT a blog. I went to WordPress for its ease of use, not it’s obfuscation.

http://www.rising-sun-outreach-ministry.org/ is not hosted here at WordPress.com. See the below information.

Name Server: NS2.DREAMHOST.COM
Name Server: NS3.DREAMHOST.COMYou will need to contact support over at WordPress.org for help.
Here is the link: http://wordpress.org/support/WordPress.org is staffed by volunteers. It is not company, it is a software project.
A blog and a website are the same thing, the difference is just how the content is posted and organized on the site. Websites tend to be more static information, and blogs are updated regularly by the same author.
