How do I get in touch with a customer service human to ask about a refund? I was not refunded the full amount that I paid, and I think I qualified for the full amount, if I read the TOS correctly, and this conversation requires me to divulge more info than I’m comfortable discussing on a forum.

I’m not sure why that happened, but I have processed the rest of that refund for you. Please be aware that it can take up to 7-10 business days for refunds to show up on your statement.
