Contact and Appointment Emails not reaching my email

  Hi. Messages sent from my ‘Contact’ page and also my ‘Appointments’ page do not reach my email (email visible only to moderators and staff). My email seems to work, just not getting messages to it from the site. My host is hostgator. Please help!?
