1. What is the domain URL? Do you want to use the domain URL on another site?
2. What is the underlying .wordpress.com URL?
3. Exactly which username account registered the underlying .wordpress.com blog and purchased the upgrade for it?
4. When was the upgrade purchased?
5. When did the refund request and upgrade cancellation or the expiration take place?Refunds have time limits. WordPress.com provides a 30-day refund on all upgrades except Domain Registrations, Domain Renewals, and Guided Transfers. The refund period for Domain Registrations and Renewals is 48 hours.
Note: It takes 10 business days for the refund to be received.
Canceling upgrades
You have to be logged in as Admin http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/#administrator under the exact same username account that registered the blog to access the blog’s dashboard, cancel any upgrades, claim a refund for any qualified upgrades, and disable auto-renew. Dashboard > Store > My Upgrades. Sorry, not much info shared. I’m trying to renew the domain registry for hannahmarchienphotography.com for $18, but the checkout/cart function isn’t working. Is there a billing phone number to make the payment over the phone?

Thanks lizkarkoski, which email address did you send it to? I understand there is an $80 fee now, is it possible to send me a manual payment request form for you to repurchase the domain?
