  Hi
  I’m trying to add a static description and also a contact box to the top of my webpage – ausnatsec.wordpress.com. Is there any way of doing this?

  Here are the steps to create a static front page:
  https://en.support.wordpress.com/pages/front-page/

  And this is how you embed a contact form:
  https://en.support.wordpress.com/forms/contact-form/

  You can add the contact form to any post or page on the blog.
