Are you referring to a contact form https://en.support.wordpress.com/forms/contact-form/ on a page https://en.support.wordpress.com/pages/?
The saved draft pages are found at
http://prairiehillnutrition.wordpress.com/wp-admin/edit.php?post_status=draft&post_type=pageIf the page was created on the dashboard of your own blog at Dashboard > Pages > Add New then you ought to be able to recover a lost post or page from revisions if needed.

Thank you – got it. Restored from trash. I originally trashed it as I added my own contact info into the fields of Name, email address, website by mistake and I could not get rid of my info. I restored the form from trash but still can’t get rid of my info so name, email address & website are blank again.

Restored from trash.
That’s good news.
still can’t get rid of my info so name, email address & website are blank again.
Note that there will be auto-filled information in a contact form or a comment box but your information is visible to you when you are logged in and have not cleared your browser cache and cookies. No one else can see it.
When someone makes a comment on your blog, unless they have cleared their cookies https://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/#clearing-wordpress-com-cookies, WordPress.com will recognize them and complete the details for them. No one else will be able to view those details in comment boxes or in contact forms. The next person who comments will see blank fields. Commenters will not see each others details.
Additional information:
There is an Admin Edit link on posts and pages that only you as Admin and any Editors you have created can see when you are logged in. It’s for your convenience and your visitors cannot see it. You cannot remove it as it’s coded into the theme templates and we cannot edit templates or themes. The only people who can edit your site are those you provide that ability to. See here https://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/ and here please https://en.support.wordpress.com/email-notifications/
If you log out, clear your browser cache https://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/#clearing-your-browser-cache and cookies https://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/#clearing-wordpress-com-cookies and then visit your site without logging in that links will not appear to you.

Thanks again. So if I understand correctly, no one can see that info I typed in the form fields? I clicked on it in the FB post and it shows my info in those fields – is that because it recognizes that it is me? If someone else looks at the FB post it will be blank?
