contact button keeps going to WP Admin login

  For some reason when I click on a ‘read more’ button I inserted in my wordpress site, it keeps taking me to the admin login page, and not to the correct page. How can I fix this? Keep it simple please. Thanks

  There are no sites under your account, what’s the address of the site you’re working on?
