    why dont you have a live person to speak to. I dont see anywhere on the site a phone number.?

    Hi there, every upgrade plan user has access to direct support by Staff either by live chat or email from the contact form at https://wordpress.com/help/contact as long as the user is logged in with the username account that purchased the upgrade. Since your support requests are being routed to the community forums, you may not be logged in with that account.

    there are reoccuring charges on that bill. I would like more explanation of the subscriptions $199.00 . also I usually get discounts to these licenses, why didn’t I get any this year. Please review.

    as you included the receipt number in the title there, I have now gone ahead and deleted that entire post. These forums are public and quickly indexed by search engines. Receipt and transaction numbers are sensitive information which could allow someone to take over your account.

    Please also indicate for which site you need assistance as the last post on propta.wordpress.com is from 2008 and the site at propta.com is using the self-hosted WP software and is not hosted here on WordPressdotcom. Thanks.

    The account you are logged in to doesn’t own any upgrades, so you may have another WordPress.com account.

    Do you know which site the upgrades were purchased for? Please don’t post any transaction details here, just a URL will be fine. If you don’t know, I will follow up with you by email for more information.
