  Does WordPress offer a widget where the website designer can place on contact form on their page so that the visitors can entered their information, and contact us?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  There isn’t a specific widget for that, but you can copy a regular contact form into a text widget to achieve that outcome. Here’s how it works.

  First create a contact form on a test page by following the instructions below:

  Once you are happy with the form, copy the short code from the test page into a text widget and save the widget in your sidebar.
