I am trying to get through to someone by email or phone from WordPress Support? I have an unauthorised charge on my credit card for €30, for a site I have never used from 2012. I would like to delete the WordPress page and be refunded for the charge (dated today, April 29th). Can anyone advise? Can’t find any way to do it from the profile.

Nope, when I go into Purchases, it says I don’t have any! Even in the history, it’s blank.

Neither of those work, I’m afraid. I tried both of them just now again, they say I don’t have any WordPress sites yet. I have never used the page before.

Hi @niavaughan, are you able to log out then log in again using the email address that gets the billing notices? The upgrades are not under this account.
You could also verify ownership with the paypal ID, though you would not want to post it here. Let us know if you need to use this route, and we’ll contact you privately.
