Hi there, every year when our subscription is due, a former employee who set up the site receives the emailed notification instead of me. Are you able to delete him as a contact. his name is Jonathan Paynter and his email address is (email visible only to moderators and staff). The emails should come to (email visible only to moderators and staff) or (email visible only to moderators and staff) instead. He’s good to forward them to me but I’d never know of any issue otherwise.

To change the email address on file for the account, your former employee would need to log into their account and update their email address to the one you choose.
However, since you’re already a listed Administrator on the account, the best thing to do would be to have them transfer the site, the domain, and ownership of the plans to your @kfcas account. They can log into their account and follow these steps to transfer ownership of everything to you as this is not something Staff can do for you.
