Contact/Email page help!

I have had multiple people use my contact page, insert an email and when i go to email them back the email does not work. These are not weird sounding emails or anything. I am just wondering why this keeps working and after it has happened multiple times, it seems to be a problem on word press’s end. Please help, i hate missing out on business

Not entirely sure that this is relevant, but your contact form has both email and telephone number required and they’re both on the same line.
I sent a message through your contact form while I was logged in to my WPcom account. I’ll do so again in a moment while logged out. Post back here and let me know if you can reply to either of those. (I used a temporary email address which can receive email.)

I did receive a single reply (lol). It might just be that if people put their email and phone # on the same line it does something odd when replying.
The contact form has a lot of options and you can gather quite a lot of information up front. Have a look here https://wordpress.com/support/insert-a-contact-form/
(TBH, if it were my site, I would probably make the phone number optional rather than required.)
