  i received a notification of a follower to this wordpress site, http://learningconnectionswf.wordpress.com.
  as I have consolidated to another site, I would like to notify the follower so that they can join my current blog, is that possible? thank you

  If it’s an email follower, you can just get their email from the list on that site. Otherwise, you could leave a comment on their blog.
