Contact for WordPress refund and close

    Please can someone help me get in touch with someone at WordPress? I’ve had money taken off my card for a subscription I don’t want. I cannot find credit card details in my profile settings and am worried WordPress will continue to take money off me against my wishes. Please can someone send through a WordPress contact for help.

    I don’t have a site linked to this WordPress.com account

    Hi there:

    I took a look, and it doesn’t look like there’s any history of purchases, transactions, or billing activity under the account you’re currently logged into, so we’re limited to what we can help with and advise here.

    If you enter the charge details at https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/ we should be able to help you with this.

    The transaction ID needed will be on your bank statement as WordPress followed by a letter/number code. They’ll look like this:

    WordPress XXXXXXXXXX

    If the charge on your bank statement does not follow that format, the charge was not made here at WordPress.com.
