  When I publish the contact form and view it on my PC, the “Your Name” and “Your Email Address” fields that I have on the form are populated with my blog name and blog email address (I’m using Firefox). When I view the form from my tablet and smartphone, it displays just fine. Help!

  Hi there – Those fields are auto-populated with your own information when you are logged into your WordPress.com account. For other readers, they’ll see their own information if they are logged in or blank fields if they are logged out.
