  my contact form is displaying my name, email address and website details, how do i get this to be blank?
  thanks.

  Hi there,

  Not to worry, those fields are auto populated based on the user information in your account. If another WordPress.com user visits this page (and they are logged in) they will see these fields filled with their contact info. If an anonymous user comes to this form, they will see blank fields like this:
