  I have autofill with my details on the contact form of the blog

  Hi there,

  The Contact Form will autofill the details of any WordPress.com user who visits the page while logged in to their account. You’ll see your own details filled in there, and other users will see their own details. Please let me know if you have any questions about that. :)
