  How can I add a contact form to my blog?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Currently, there is no way to customize the form, you are correct.

  Hi,
  I just want to report that in Safari browser the ‘contact form’ cannot be seen properly. I just put a contact form on my blog http://truebulgaria.wordpress.com/about-the-auther/.
  In Safari I see the form as a white blank quadrant. In Mozilla it was ok.

  If you are logged in to your wp account, then all you will see is a white rectangle to write a message. Log out, clear cache, and look again.
