Contact Form

  I cannot find a way to add a Contact Form to my blog page sidebar vs. individual posts.

  I want to have fields for Name, E-mail, Telephone (not required) and Question or Comment.

  I want to eliminate from posts and add to page.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  If you copy and paste the contact form code from your post or page, you can paste it into a text widget in your sidebar. Then just delete the contact form from the page.

  P.S. It had not occurred to me to put the contact form in the sidebar before you asked this question, and it’s a brilliant idea. I actually added a contact form to the sidebar of my own site, so thanks for the cool idea!
