  I need to add a contact form to the sidebar of my blog. Please help! I know how to add it to a normal page, but there isn’t a contact form widget.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  I used a text widget in the main sidebar and used the shortcode from the regular contact form.
