my contact form doesn’t display properly since January 2015.

$35 for first child, $50 for 2 instruments or siblings, $75 for 3 or more. Fees will be adjusted when additional sibling or instrument register at different times. Please select ‘Other Amount’ below if applicable. Registration fees are due on September 1st of each academic year or upon registration.
