  Please let me know if it’s possible to have two completely different (with two different email notification,etc ) contact form on one page.
  I tried but without success.

  Hi Marina,

  A page can only display one contact form. To display multiple contact forms at the same time, you can add the form code to Text Widgets in your site’s widget areas (for example, in the sidebar).

  You can use the Contact Form shortcode to create the form, or you can use the “Add Contact Form” button in the classic editor to create the form’s code and then copy and paste that code into a text widget on your site.
