  I am trying to post a Contact form on my site and my name and email show up as defaults on the form and I can’t get rid of it. It’s supposed to be a blank form form for people to fill out, but it comes partly filled out already.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Only you can see the email: Publish the contact form, log out from WordPress.com and go again to the post/page with the contact form.

  That’s correct, see above.

  Any logged in user of WordPress.com will see their own details already filled out in the contact form. Nothing to worry about.
