  I can’t seem to set up the contact form.

  Ive seen these instructions below however it does not give me the option to ‘Add Contact Form’.

  How to add a Contact Form via WP Admin

  Add /wp-admin to the end of your home page URL
  Click Pages > Add New in the left navigation
  Click “Add Contact Form” near the top of the edit area
  Click “Insert Into Post”
  Publish the page, and view your form
  You will see your own contact information pre-filled in the form, but your users will not. They will either see their own pre-filled information or a blank form.

  Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

  The new WordPress.com editor is evolving and doesn’t yet have an option to add a contact form. So you will have to add contact form using Add New Page screen in the WP-Admin here: https://bubbelinicom.wordpress.com/wp-admin/post-new.php?post_type=page

  Add Contact Form is the third button at the top.

  Give it a try and let me know how it goes.
