contact form

Hi how are you? I have a question, do you know where is the contact form for my menu?
thanks
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

I am very confused by this, as well. All of the tutorials I can find which explain this are out of date, and I have no clue where or how to upload the stuff from this zip file.

@estefaniaassaf
Create a Page https://en.support.wordpress.com/pages/ and place a contact form on it.
Create a custom menu https://en.support.wordpress.com/menus/#1-create-a-custom-menu and include the page https://en.support.wordpress.com/menus/view-all/#adding-pages in it. -

There is no FTP access to wordpress.com blogs and we cannot upload any .zip files into them. You are watching videos that apply only to wordpress.ORG software installs and not to your wordpress.com hosted blog.
The only contact form we can use on wordpress.com hosted blogs is this one https://en.support.wordpress.com/contact-form/

Ahahaha, okay, I think I’ve got this figured out. It’s been a long day.
Thanks timethief, you’ve saved me a lot of time! -
estefaniaassaf – the option to insert a contact form on a page or post using the Visual Editor is currently only available in the WP Admin dashboard, which can be reached by adding /wp-admin after your URL, so here:
https://estefaniaassaf.wordpress.com/wp-admin/
If you prefer to use the newer editor, you can use the contact form shortcode.
Both methods are explained in the support doc timethief linked above:
https://en.support.wordpress.com/contact-form/
If you get stuck at any step, just let us know.

Hi Tefy, if you still have problems resolving your issue, I would suggest you to go to youtube and search for: David Ibiza: WordPress y Marketing Online. I look at his wordpress videos and they help me a lot.

carroyav02 – thanks for the suggestion.
For anyone following this thread, please be mindful when watching video tutorials related to WordPress as the vast majority of them are specific to the self-hosted version. For example, there is no contact form built into WordPress core like there is on WordPress.com.
If anyone still needs help with their contact form, please feel free to start a new thread.
